In recent years, art has become one of the most important parts of my life. My love for creating, drawing and painting has always been strong, but my brand came to life over the past three years following the significant personal loss of my dog, Moose. He was my constant and companion, and by my side through some of the biggest transitions in my life, such as moving across states, getting married, and giving birth to my twin daughters! Losing him was extremely difficult for me, so to better cope with the grief I was experiencing at the time, I poured everything into my artwork. This quickly became my outlet. As a new mom to multiples I was also struggling to find time for myself. I came to my studio each evening, after putting my babies to bed, and got lost in creative flow. I found a passion for creativity that was not there before. I embarked on a journey of learning, creating, and experimenting through which my brand, Dellinger Designs, was born. I am based in Birmingham, AL, where my husband, daughters, two cats, two bernedoodles and a quirky pet gecko complete our happy home.
